Who we are

What we collect through the estimate form
When you send the estimate form, we collect what you type in:
- Your name and phone number
- Your email address, if you give it
- Your project details: floor type, approximate size, town or area, and your message
- Any photos you choose to upload
We also record which page the form was sent from, so we know what you were looking at.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your request, give you an estimate, and schedule and complete your project. We don’t sell your information.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like most web hosts, it processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
- Resend is the email service that delivers your form submission to our inbox.
- Your submission ends up in our email inbox, which is provided by Yahoo.
These companies may store or process data outside Canada.
Analytics and advertising
We may use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site, and the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. These tools use cookies and similar technology. They can collect things like the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and whether you sent the form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
